We blend it with organic clary sage, itself a euphoric that creates distance from worry and repetitive thought patterns, organic sweet orange and organic lavender from the high meadows of Provence. This treatment involves slow, deep rhythmic strokes to promote a state of deep release. We finish with a series of stillness holds on the face and head, leaving you balanced and relaxed.

The ancient science of aromatherapy – using the essences of aromatic herbs, flowers and trees to heal, nourish and balance the body is offered to you in this treatment. Warm towel compresses are used to bring heat into the muscles and prepare the skin to receive fragrant blends of essential oils that have a range of benefits on the body and mind. We begin with massaging reflex zones on the feet with essential oils that target various organ systems such as the lungs and the digestive system. This is followed by anointing areas on the spine where major nerve plexuses are located, thereby stimulating and balancing energy flow to all areas of the body. We finish with a slow massage and energy point treatment on the face and scalp allowing your body to fall into a deep healing state.
