SPA ETIQUETTE
We are so happy to serve you and want your experience to be as wonderful as possible. It is with this in mind that we have provided the following information:
please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled service to ensure you have time to change, fill out forms and relax.
- Please cancel or reschedule all spa appointments 24 hours prior to the start of the service. Otherwise, a 50% cancellation fee will be applied.
- A no show will result in a charge of 100% of the service booked.
- Please disrobe to your comfort level. Our therapists use professional draping techniques, ensuring discretion and comfort during your service.
- Lockers are available in both the men’s and women’s rooms. Robes, sandals and vanity amenities are provided.
- As a courtesy to others, please turn off or silence your cell phones while in the Spa.
- All gratuities go directly to the service provider and are not mandatory. It is based on your personal choice.
