So many of us are searching for a deeper connection to stillness and peace, trying to find the ultimate mind/body connection. Even media headlines offer advise on how to relax during a busy day of carpools, meetings and deadlines.  It is truly an honour to see such a collective effort.

At WITHIN, our mission is to inspire individuals to take the time they deserve  to reach deep within, for it is there where they will find their true purpose and peace.  All of our authentically designed body treatments include a mindful element to increase relaxation, create a deeper sense of knowing and a stronger release, physically, mentally, emotionally and energetically.

As a whole being, life coach, author and entrepreneur, my journey and work has allowed me the opportunity to interact with many different people for a variety of reasons.  Each encounter proved to be a valuable learning experience and rewarding exchange of energy. During the past 25 years, I have been blessed to find some of the very best healing rituals to bring home to WITHIN.  My inspiration comes from my very own life altering experiences and how I have had to reach deep WITHIN in order to find the sunrise to the next day.

My greatest hope is that we become partners along your road to finding your truest place of calm through daily rituals and a steadfast commitment to allowing yourself a time and place to reach WITHIN. The fact that our world needs your light to shine upon it inspires the passion for my life’s work.
